With 17 years of experience, an undergraduate degree in Journalism and a graduate degree in Communication from Senate’s Instituto Legislativo Brasileiro (ILB, for the acronym in Portuguese). He has a broad experience in communication consultancy in the public sector, building not only communication strategies, but acting in the construction and implementation of institutional strategies in the agencies where he worked.

One of his most outstanding performances is his work in the communication department of the Central Bank. Before that, he was Citizenship and Institutional Relations Manager at Empresa de Planejamento e Logística (EPL) for three years, from 2016 to 2019. He was direct advisor to the Transport Minister between 2015 and 2016, monitored technical issues under development in the secretariats, managed the agenda, served as the liaison with the communication and events department and was responsible for the institutional articulation of the Ministry’s agenda. At that time, he also collaborated in the construction and implementation of digital initiatives for the Ministry’s communication. He was a member of the Audit Committee of Companhia Docas do Rio de Janeiro for four years. He worked for nearly eight years in the National Congress, serving as political and communications officer at the Senate and the House of Representatives.

He also worked for the press, news agency and advertising market, as well as in the area of Government Relations.
