He has a bachelor’s degree in International Relations from Universidade de Brasília (UnB) and is currently studying Accounting Sciences, also at UnB. He has a master’s degree in Strategic, Defense and Security Studies (UFF), focusing on public procurement and acquisition policies.

Between 2010 and 2011, he worked in the Academic Cooperation Division of the Department of Education of the Ministry of Defense, participating in the management of public policies focused on promoting educational content, organizing events and awards for the Defense area.

Between 2012 and 2015, he was Assistant Researcher for the Simulations and Scenarios Laboratory, at Escola de Guerra Naval (EGN, for the acronym in Portuguese), of the Brazilian Navy. He conducted researches on scenarios and prospects for the development of scenarios for the World Cup (2014) and the Olympics (2016).

He worked at BRB DTVM assisting in the administration of investment funds and information management. This information continued to be his focus when he started working at Sicoob as of 2018.

He joined the TORRE team to share his experience and assist in the administrative and bureaucratic procedures of the company.
