With 16 years of experience in the market, and a bachelor’s degree in Social Communication from Universidade de Brasília (UnB) and from Marymount University (USA), she also has an undergraduate degree in Institutional Communication and Public Relations from IESB and a postgraduate degree in Communication Management in Organizations, from Universidade Católica de Brasília (UCB). She has an extensive experience as a Public and Press Relations Officer in public and private companies, with a strong interest in Brazilian public administration issues.
She began her career as a press officer in São Paulo, with the agency Hill + Knowlton Brasil, where she worked for IT companies, such as Novell, Freedom2buy, aPriori, Ci&T, Netsuper, Proxima, after two years writing about the information technology market for the newspaper Correio Braziliense. After a brief experience in São Paulo, she moved back to Brasília (DF) to work for the state-owned company PETROBRAS, where she served for 15 years as Public Relations, planning, organizing and monitoring different institutional events, preparing briefings and participating in tenders, being in charge of the brand identity, always with the goal of strengthening the company’s integrated communication.
She also worked for Jornal de Brasília, WWF Brazil, UNICEF Brazil, SINDPD-DF, the Embassy of Brazil (USA), the Embassy of Cape Verde (USA) and Grupo In Press.
