Rodrigo joined TORRE with a solid career in communication consultancy for public and private entities, especially in professional organizations. With a journalism degree from Universidade Católica de Brasília (UCB), he resumed his studies motivated by his experience in political communication, to focus in understanding the phenomenon of Fake News in politics and its sociopolitical implications during his postgraduate degree in Communication Management at Centro Universitário de Brasília (Ceub).

His career includes stints at the Press Office of the Ministry of Human Rights and Citizenship (MDH), as well as head of Communications at Instituto Brasília Ambiental. He served as an advisor to the National Union of Federal Agricultural Experts (Sindicato Nacional dos Peritos Federais Agrários – SindPFA) and as a consultant to the Association of Agricultural Engineers of the Federal District (Associação dos Engenheiros Agrônomos do Distrito Federal – AEA-DF) and the National Health Surveillance Agency (Agência Nacional de Vigilância Sanitária – Anvisa).

Rodrigo is also a specialist in political communication, having taken courses in political marketing. His career encompasses work in both the Legislative and Executive branches. He was a communication advisor on the Federal District politics, with stints in a district deputy’s office and his campaign for the Senate, and for the Partido Novo at the Legislative Chamber of the Federal District, as well as in three other electoral campaigns for executive and legislative positions.

He also has extensive experience in audiovisual, working as a photographer, editor, scriptwriter, reviewer and announcer in institutional videos, social networks and communication means.
