Tinna Oliveira

Consultant

One of Tinna Oliveira’s most valuable characteristics at TORRE is her ability to communicate with the government, no matter how challenging this may be. With a postgraduate degree in Managing Communication in Organizations from Centro Universitário de Brasília (UNICEUB), the journalist has 15 years of experience in the Communications market, focusing on corporate consultancy, particularly for important ministries and legal professional associations.

During the two periods she worked at the Press Office of the challenging Ministry of Health – always dealing with crises and major campaigns –, she served as a content editor for journalists, including the dissemination of public policies and government actions. Her routine included joining authorities during official meetings, a task for which she developed protocols for relationships with decision-makers.

She also held this position at the Ministry of Environment, having participated in the development of strategies for the dissemination of federal government actions throughout the country, producing content, advising authorities and communicating with journalists.

She worked in the communications department of the Associação dos Juízes Federais do Brasil (Brazilian Association of Federal Judges – Ajufe), coordinating the relationship between the president and directors and the press and advising them in hearings, as well as covering events as a journalist and producing informative materials.

She was a consultant for the United Nations Environment Program (UNEP) within the scope of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). She developed communication strategies related to the dissemination of the 2nd cycle of the Action Plan for Sustainable Production and Consumption (PPCS 2016-2020).

She also has experience in the area of internal communications, an expertise acquired during the period in which she joined the Marketing and Social Communications Management Department of the Brasília International Airport.
