A Social Scientist with a Bachelor degree in Accounting Sciences from Universidade de Brasília (UnB), Wellya is currently doing a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Financial Management, Controlling, Auditing and Compliance at Fundação Getúlio Vargas.

Wellya has a diverse professional background. She worked as a consultant at Ábaco Consultoria Contábil Júnior (UnB) from 2018 to 2021, developing business solutions for entrepreneurs. During her tenure as the company’s institutional president, she led the company’s modernization, especially in business and customer service processes. This transformation resulted in record revenue and customer satisfaction, culminating in the entity being recognized as a Junior Impact Company by Brasil Júnior in 2019.

She also worked at the Court of Justice of the Federal District and Territories (TJDFT), assisting in the processes and calculations of court-ordered payments of government debt, document organization and management of legal proceedings.
