In compliance with Law No. 13,709/2018 – General Personal Data Protection Law (LGPD, for the acronym in Portuguese), TORRE has structured and implemented its Privacy Program, aiming to ensure that the processing of personal data occurs in a lawful, secure, transparent manner aligned with legitimate business purposes, respecting the rights and freedoms of data subjects.

To achieve high levels of maturity in privacy, information security, and risk management, the company established, as of June 1, 2026, a strategic partnership with SOMAXI GROUP, an organization specialized in the implementation of nationally and internationally recognized frameworks, controls, and best practices.

As part of this program, SOMAXI GROUP designated the professionals MÁRCIA DO AMARAL MOREIRA and LUDMILA DA SILVA BAZILLI MONTENEGRO, certified in Data Protection and Privacy, to perform the role of Persons in Charge of Personal Data Processing (DPO – Data Protection Officer). The DPOs are responsible for guiding, supervising, and supporting the organization in the continuous adoption of best privacy practices, acting as a communication channel between the company, data subjects, and the National Data Protection Authority (ANPD, for the acronym in Portuguese).

Through this Program, TORRE seeks not only to comply with legal and regulatory requirements, but also to strengthen the data protection culture, promote the trust of clients, partners, and employees, and ensure the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of personal information under its responsibility.
